What began as burgers made for family and friends grew into Cuarto de Kilo, a burger brand with Mexican roots and one simple belief: nobody should leave the table hungry.
Today, that same family recipe lives in San Antonio, Texas. We make our big burgers with the same care, the same flavor, and the same generous spirit that filled the table at home. Our name, Cuarto de Kilo, means "quarter kilo" in Spanish, and we wear it proudly on our signature double-patty burger.
From a family backyard to the Potranco corridor, we're serving big burgers the way they were meant to be served: generous, juicy, and shared.
Who We Are
Our menu follows your appetite, not a sizing chart. Start with the OG Burger, step up to the Beast Burger, or go all in with the Cuarto de Kilo, our double-patty "Original Beast." Every burger is built on the family recipe that started in Ćlvaro Aguilar's backyard.
